WHEN I HIRE THE STUDIO, ARE THERE OTHER HIRES IN AT THE SAME TIME?

No, when you book, you have the complete run of both floors. The manager shall remain in the office until the end of your hire, where you will be escorted out.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

open six days a week 10am -10pm closed every Wednesday

HOW CLEAN IS YOUR STUDIO?

When you hire the studio space, the following added precautions are now part of the rental agreement.

* Use the hand sanitiser provided and gloves when possible, especially when touching/handling/using the equipment.

*PLEASE LEAVE ANY EQUIPMENT AND KIT ON THE FLOOR THAT YOU HAVE USED, THIS LETS US KNOW WHAT HAS BEEN TOUCHED

* The studio equipment that has been used is then wiped down with an enzyme destroyer, disinfectant and finally sprayed with an antibacterial solution, as well as the floors are mopped in similar solutions.

 

Sanitation involves the hygienic disposal and treatment of the studio equipment such as the sterilization of instruments used in medical sessions, sharps bins for safe disposal of medical waste.  Disinfection of all floggers, apparatus, and even the studio floors themselves!

The use of protective clothing and barriers, such as condoms must be used on ALL insertables, and gloves worn during sessions for safety.

Also, on all implements, apparatus and floors, a dual-action product is used which is an enzyme digester and is highly effective in the removal of blood, grease, food, vomit, faeces, and protein stains, whilst the deodorizing agent breaks down the source of odours AND An antibacterial product is then applied.

We use an Ultra Violet Sterilizer machine is used on all medical equipment as well as insertables.

Medical waste is placed into a sharps bin and is removed from the premises for incineration.

WHY DO I HAVE TO TEXT ON THE DAY OF MY BOOKING?

The studio is not manned 24/7, and we have to travel in especially to open the studio up and prepare it in advance of your arrival. If you do not confirm via text on the day, this means we assume you can't make the booking and therefore you forfeit the appointment. Communication is key.

 

 

I TEXT YOU ON THE DAY TO SAY I CAN'T MAKE IT, WHY CAN'T I CHANGE THE DATE OR GET A REFUND?

This is a small business, and same-day cancellations mean we lose out on not just money, but allowing someone else who wanted to hire the studio at the same date and time. It is a strict one hire on the premises at the one time. If you book the studio and wish to not turn up or cancel on that day, we find it incredibly difficult, sometimes impossible to fill that slot with such short notice. This is why we cannot offer refunds or allow you to transfer your hire to another date within 48 hours of your booking.

 

 

WHY WON'T YOU GIVE ME THE ADDRESS UNTIL I CONFIRM?

This is a small, clandestine business that relies on its reputation for discretion and privacy. We do not give anyone the address until they have booked, paid and then confirmed on the day 2 hours prior to the booking.
